The Company went public in 2001 and has received numerous awards from organizations such as MOEA and IBM. Today, Mirle is one of the leading automation system integrators and related product manufactures in Taiwan.

Numerical Technologies, Inc.
Numerical Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1995 by a group of industry veterans from Stanford University and is a leading designer and developer of advanced software that closes the subwavelength gap and enables semiconductor manufacture ICs with next generation feature sizes. Two key technologies lie at the heart of solving the subwavelength gap problem: phase shifting technologies (“phase shifting”) and optical proximity correction (“OPC”). The Company offers a comprehensive suite of software products, which allow circuit designers, mask manufacturers and semiconductor manufacturers to “bridge” this gap. It went public and listed on NASDAQ in 2000, and was acquired by Synopsys (NASDAQ: SNPS) in early 2003.

The Company was founded in Silicon Valley in 1997, and was privately held and funded by leading venture capital firms. Verplex was acquired by Cadence Design Systems (NYSE: CDN) on July 2003.

Viador targets the needs of Fortune 1000 companies with the most demanding data access requirements. Viador went public and listed on NASDAQ in 1999.

KISS Technology A/S
KISS Technology, established in 1994, is a leading technology provider for networked entertainment devices. Its products include DVD players & recorders, plasma & TFT LCD TV, DVB solutions, and other multimedia products. In addition to good functionality, artistic design with boutique quality creates the uniqueness for KISS products. The Company was acquired by Cisco Systems, Inc. in July 2005.
